We will repair or replace your Discoveryopt product in the event if it becomes damaged or defective without any charge.

If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in working order of equal or better physical condition.

NO RECEIPT NEEDED

This does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage or cosmetic damage that does not effect the performance of the product.

Telescopes bought in South Africa have to be registered with DiscoveryOptSA, using the proof of payment and serial number to identify origin of the telescope, which will expedite the warranty claim.

Telescopes not registered with DOTSA or bought from the EU, USA, CN or any other distributor may also be returned but shall incur shipping costs not covered by DiscoveryOptSA if the dealer does not form part of the DOSA approved distributor network.
